5th Grade China Milestone Program
The 5th Grade China Experience Milestone Program is designed and developed based on the primary goals of:
- Establishing positive and long-lasting relationships between our students and the sister school students
- Maximizing the authentic application of the Chinese language in real-life situations
- Developing cultural adaptability with authentic experiences that are educationally focused and student-centered
The planned itinerary is designed to maximize the overall language immersion experience of participating 5th grade students. This includes school days, in which students attend our local sister school, overnight homestay days with host families, sightseeing days, planned language activities, and a host family gathering at the end of the program.
