This is Natalie’s 6th year at Hope and in that time she has taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade English. In addition to her role as an English teacher, Natalie serves as the TAG (talented and gifted) program coordinator.

Natalie got her Masters of Arts in Teaching at Concordia University, and completed her undergrad at Linfield University. Before teaching at Hope, she worked in India at a school focused on project based learning and as an environmental educator on both coasts of the U.S.

In her free time Natalie likes to read, bake, paint, and run.

A Message from Natalie

As the TAG coordinator, I have been able to partner with teachers to develop engaging learning opportunities that ensure all of the Hope students are challenged. This year, I am working to get academic enrichment activities started in middle school.
